Privacy Policy
Alchemy Lab
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Overview
Alchemy Lab ("the App") is a color-sorting puzzle game for Android, published by BobiForge ("we"). Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your choices. The game works without an account. Anonymous analytics and crash reports leave your device automatically. Other data leaves it only if you use the optional features described below: the online ranking and rewarded ads.
Data Stored on Your Device
The App stores the following data locally on your device:
- Level progress and in-progress puzzle state
- Statistics (levels solved, moves made, longest streak)
- Achievement progress
- Daily challenge streak and your total of Daily Challenge points
- Lives and ad-refill timers
- App settings (theme, language, color-blind symbols, sound preference)
- If you use the ranking: your ranking player ID and your gamer name
Apart from the data described in the sections below, this data is not transmitted to any server. It is deleted when you uninstall the App.
Online Ranking (optional)
The App has an optional online ranking with two boards: campaign progress and the Daily Challenge, which adds up the points you earn in the daily challenges. You can play the whole game without ever joining it. Nothing is sent to the ranking until you tap "Join" and sign in with Google Play Games. Opening the ranking screen only reads the public boards. This section also contains the rules of the ranking; there are no separate terms to accept.
What is sent when you join
- You sign in with your Google Play Games account. Firebase Authentication then gives you a ranking player ID, a random identifier tied to that Play Games account, so you keep your place after reinstalling the App or on a new phone. Firebase keeps your Play Games player ID and gamer name with that account. The App does not ask for your email address.
- Your Play Games gamer name, used as your name on the ranking. You set and change it in Google Play Games, not in the App; "Fetch name from Play Games" in your ranking profile brings the ranking up to date.
- The highest level you have reached and the time you reached it.
- Your total of Daily Challenge points (each day is worth 50 to 450 points and the days add up) and the time it last grew, and, for each day you play, that day's score and the time you submitted it.
- Timestamps of when your entry was created and when your name last changed, and a fixed technical field kept for compatibility with earlier versions of the App.
Who can see it
Your gamer name, level or score, and rank are public. Every player of the App can see them. Your ranking player ID is part of the same records and is technically visible in them too, but it does not identify you.
Ranking rules
- Age. The ranking is for players aged 13 or older. If you are under 16, or under the age of digital consent in your country, join only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- Fair play. Scores must come from playing the game. Do not submit scores using a modified App, automation, tampering with the App or its data, or by exploiting errors in the service. We cannot verify every score, and we may remove scores that we believe are not genuine.
- How the boards are sorted. The progress board sorts players by highest level reached; the player who reached a level first ranks higher. The Daily board sorts players by their total of Daily Challenge points; on equal totals, the player who reached the total first ranks higher.
- What we may do. If a gamer name or score breaks these rules, we may hide the player from the ranking or remove their entries, without prior warning when the breach is clear. Gamer names are also moderated by Google under the Google Play Games rules. If you think we made a mistake, email us with your gamer name and we will look at it again.
- Availability. The ranking is provided "as is" and depends on an online service, so it may be unavailable, slow, reset or changed, and we may end it. This does not affect playing the game offline. Nothing here limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
How long we keep it
- The per-day Daily Challenge entries are deleted after 3 days: the App removes your own old entries, and we also run a periodic cleanup. Your total of Daily points stays in your player record.
- Your player record is deleted after 365 days without any update from the App, in our periodic cleanup.
- You can delete your data at any time: in the App choose "Remove me from the ranking" (in your ranking profile) or "Reset data" in Settings. This removes your player record (with your Daily points), your Daily entries and your ranking account. If you can no longer open the App, email us with your gamer name and we will delete them for you. Leaving the ranking does not affect your game progress on your device.
Moderation
There is no report button in the App. We look at the boards ourselves and act on what players send us by email, by hand, following the ranking rules above.
Service providers
Sign-in uses Google Play Games Services. The ranking is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication). Both are provided by Google, and data may be processed on Google servers outside your country. To protect the service from abuse, Firebase App Check with Google Play Integrity may verify that requests come from the genuine App on a genuine device; this sends device integrity signals to Google.
Ads
The App shows optional rewarded video ads that you can choose to watch, for example to regain lives. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address and device and usage information to serve and measure ads. In the European Economic Area and the UK, the App shows Google's consent form before requesting an ad, and no ad is requested until you have answered it. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in your device's Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads). You can learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Analytics & Crash Reports
To understand how the App is played and to fix bugs, the App collects usage and crash data anonymously and sends it to the following services provided by Google. The data is not linked to your name, email address, gamer name or ranking player ID, and we do not use it to identify you. It is tied only to a random installation ID that Firebase creates. There is currently no switch for this in the App; if you object to it, contact us (see "Contact" below). This is separate from the ranking, which you join deliberately, and from ads, which are covered by Google's consent form.
The App uses the following third-party services provided by Google:
Firebase Analytics
We collect anonymous usage data to understand how the App is played and to improve it. This includes:
- App opens and screen views
- Gameplay events (e.g., level started, level completed, level lost, level abandoned, streak milestones reached, achievements earned, settings changed) along with bucketed difficulty and performance ranges (e.g., number of colors/vessels in a level, move-count range, time range) — not exact personal data
- If you use the ranking: that you joined or left it (never your gamer name)
- Grouped progress information (for example, "levels completed: 6 to 20" or "achievement stages earned: 6 to 15") rather than exact numbers
- Device type, operating system version, and language
- Country/region (derived from IP address, which is not stored)
This data does not contain your gamer name and cannot be used by us to identify you personally. You can learn more at Firebase Privacy.
Firebase Crashlytics
We collect anonymous crash reports to identify and fix bugs. This includes:
- Crash logs and stack traces
- Device type and operating system version
- App state at the time of the crash
This data is used solely to improve App stability. You can learn more at Firebase Privacy.
Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your real name, email address or phone number
- We do not link analytics or crash data to your name, email, gamer name or ranking player ID
- We do not collect your location
- We do not require an account or login to play; only the optional ranking uses your Google Play Games account
- We do not sell your data
- We do not offer in-app purchases
Your Rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its processing. Most of this you can do yourself in the App (see "How long we keep it" under "Online Ranking"). For anything else, or if you are in the European Economic Area and want to complain, contact us below; you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. The game does not require any personal information to play. The online ranking is optional and open to players aged 13 or older (see Ranking rules).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Polityka Prywatności
Alchemy Lab
Ostatnia aktualizacja: 29 września 2026
Wprowadzenie
Anonimowa analityka i raporty awarii opuszczają urządzenie automatycznie. Pozostałe dane opuszczają je tylko wtedy, gdy korzystasz z opcjonalnych funkcji opisanych niżej: rankingu online i nagradzanych reklam.
Dane przechowywane na Twoim urządzeniu
Aplikacja przechowuje następujące dane lokalnie na Twoim urządzeniu:
- Postęp w poziomach i stan rozpoczętej łamigłówki
- Statystyki (rozwiązane poziomy, wykonane ruchy, najdłuższa seria)
- Postęp w osiągnięciach
- Serię wyzwania dziennego i Twoją sumę punktów z wyzwań dziennych
- Życia i liczniki odnawiania za reklamę
- Ustawienia aplikacji (motyw, język, symbole dla osób z zaburzeniami widzenia barw, dźwięk)
- Jeśli korzystasz z rankingu: Twój identyfikator gracza w rankingu i nazwę gracza
Ustawiasz i zmieniasz ją w Google Play Games, nie w Aplikacji; „Pobierz nazwę z Play Games" w profilu rankingowym aktualizuje ją w rankingu.
Kto to widzi
Nazwy graczy moderuje też Google zgodnie z zasadami Google Play Games. Jeśli uważasz, że popełniliśmy błąd, napisz do nas, podając swoją nazwę gracza, a rozpatrzymy sprawę ponownie.
- Dostępność. Ranking jest udostępniany „w stanie, w jakim jest" i zależy od usługi online, więc może być niedostępny, wolny, zresetowany lub zmieniony, a my możemy go zakończyć. Nie wpływa to na grę offline. Nic tutaj nie ogranicza Twoich praw wynikających z obowiązujących przepisów o ochronie konsumentów.
Jak długo przechowujemy dane
- Wpisy poszczególnych dni wyzwania dziennego są usuwane po 3 dniach: Aplikacja usuwa Twoje stare wpisy, a my dodatkowo przeprowadzamy okresowe czyszczenie. Suma Twoich punktów zostaje w rekordzie gracza.
Usuwa to Twój rekord gracza (razem z punktami z wyzwań dziennych), wpisy Daily i konto rankingowe.
Moderacja
W Aplikacji nie ma przycisku zgłaszania. Sami przeglądamy tablice i reagujemy na to, co gracze przysyłają nam e-mailem, ręcznie, według powyższych zasad rankingu.
Dostawcy usług
Logowanie korzysta z Google Play Games Services.
Analityka i raporty awarii
Obejmuje to:
- Otwarcia aplikacji i wyświetlenia ekranów
- Zdarzenia rozgrywki (np. rozpoczęcie poziomu, ukończenie poziomu, przegrana, porzucenie poziomu, osiągnięcie progu passy, zdobycie osiągnięcia, zmiana ustawień) wraz z przedziałami trudności i wyniku (np. liczba kolorów/naczyń na poziomie, przedział liczby ruchów, przedział czasu) — nie dokładne dane osobowe
- Jeśli korzystasz z rankingu: że dołączyłeś(-aś) albo go opuściłeś(-aś) (nigdy Twoja nazwa gracza)
- Pogrupowane informacje o postępie (np. „ukończone poziomy: 6 do 20" albo „zdobyte stopnie osiągnięć: 6 do 15") zamiast dokładnych liczb
- Typ urządzenia, wersję systemu operacyjnego i język
Firebase Crashlytics
Zbieramy anonimowe raporty awarii, aby wykrywać i naprawiać błędy. Obejmuje to:
- Logi awarii i ślady stosu
- Typ urządzenia i wersję systemu operacyjnego
- Stan aplikacji w chwili awarii
Te dane służą wyłącznie poprawie stabilności Aplikacji. Więcej informacji na Firebase Privacy.
Dane, których NIE zbieramy
- Nie zbieramy Twojego prawdziwego imienia i nazwiska, adresu e-mail ani numeru telefonu
- Nie wiążemy danych analitycznych ani raportów awarii z Twoim imieniem i nazwiskiem, adresem e-mail, nazwą gracza ani identyfikatorem gracza w rankingu
